A siege-adapted, community-powered nutrition programme for Gaza’s mothers, babies, and children.

Under siege, Gaza’s children are not just dying from bombs — they are dying from hunger, dirty water, and the collapse of care.

We saw it firsthand. In our medical aid campaign, Lifeline Meds Gaza, most children were referred because of severe malnutrition. Many recovered in hospital — but declined again at home. Mothers had no food, no support, no privacy, and no guidance.

This is why we created Lifeline Nourish — a 6-week maternal and child nutrition programme designed by UK doctors and nutritionists, and led by our field team in Gaza. It is locally delivered, siege-adapted, and focused on both prevention and treatment.

We screen and support:

Pregnant women in their 3rd trimester

Mothers with babies under 6 months

Children under 5 at risk of wasting or relapse

Mothers struggling to breastfeed due to trauma, hunger, or fear

Feeding tents for safe breastfeeding, relactation, hygiene, and education

Emergency nutrition packs for malnourished children (RUTF, vitamins, food)

Family food parcels adapted to siege conditions (lentils, tahini, rice, etc.)

Hygiene kits for mother and baby (pads, soap, cup-feeding, diapers)

Nutrition deficiency and refeeding kits for high-risk babies

Parent education on safe feeding and early danger signs

Advice & guidance for field doctors managing complex nutrition cases

Bigger organisations are slow to act. Mothers can’t wait. Babies are dying from formula made with dirty water. Mothers are giving birth in trauma, with no support.

This isn’t just aid — it’s dignity, knowledge, and action. We don’t just hand out food. We build systems that save lives.
